Custom and personalised ordersI'am happy to create custom products. If you'd like something different please reach out. GIFTS: You can send my products directly to your gift recipient. I will be happy to include a complimentary gift note.

Can I use your products e.g. trays or holders for food storage, and are there any limitations?Food, for example whole fruits, vegetables, bakery products, spices can be safely stored in all pieces, but cannot be cooked in, or put in the oven or microwave. However, vinegars or sauces can stain the pieces due to their porous nature.

My item is being held at customs, what should I do?Usually when an item is held at customs it just means that you will need to wait a bit longer than expected to receive your item. If you want to know more about what is happening with your item you should call your local post office or local customs and ask them for more information. In rare cases you might need to go and pick it up personally from customs to receive your item.

My item arrived damaged / I am not happy with my item, what should I do?Please contact us, we are willing to resolve any issues as long as they are reasonable. Every individual item is thoroughly packaged for shipping to prevent from damages. If your item is still damaged during the shipping process, please send a picture message within 1-2 days. We are offering refunds only on shipping damage.

What are the shipping costs?The shipping cost in the Netherlands is €4.25 and free from a minimum order amount of €50.00. The cost of delivery may vary by country, you can check this amount when placing the order. Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day. I make some products to order, in this case the processing time is a maximum of 4-5 working days. Attention: longer delivery times apply to individual orders (upon agreement). If possible, orders will be delivered in a mailbox package by Postnl. It is also possible to pick up the order in Utrecht.

How can I track my order?Once we hand over your order to the parcel carrier, you will receive a Track & Trace link which allows you to track your order right to your doorstep.
